Never received the title and it took 2 months after lies that it was mailed out. They did not care we were driving around with an expired plate. I had to keep calling every day, and everyday someone different said something else. Lies upon lies that the title was mailed out. You cannot speak to anyone who is really in charge. Excellent customer service is a requirement and professionalism. They lack them both at this dishonest company.
